Fantástico

Ficamos hospedados no Estúdio, fantástico. Ganhamos um mini bolo na chegada em decorrência da comemoração do aniversário do meu esposo. Todos foram muito atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. Eles têm um carro do hotel, para nos levar e buscar nos quartos que ficam mais distantes do restaurante. Atendimento da cozinha foi ótimo também.

Muito bom, mas deu a sensação de estar num excelente condomínio, não num hotel.

Quarto amplo, muito bonito e confortável, com bela vista. Piscina ótima, os adultos e crianças adoraram. Café da manhã bom, Ambos (piscina e local do café da manhã) com vista para o lago sensacional.

Fica em terreno inclinado, não tem contato direto com o lago. O carro precisa subir uma ladeira íngreme e na qual só passa um carro por vez. A estrutura mais lembra a de um condomínio de apartamentos do que a de um hotel.

Lua de mel incrível

Equipe excepcional, muito gentil e atenciosa. Dependências impecáveis, lindas, limpas e muito confortáveis. Restaurante muito bem servido, com preços coerentes com a região. Serviço de turismo (com a Emília) que facilitou e melhorou ainda mais o desfrutar da nossa viagem e a conhecer Bariloche.

Único ponto negativo foi não ter ar-condicionado nos quartos. Devido ao frio predominante, essa não é uma prioridade no local, mas como fomos no verão, a temperatura estava bem abafada.

„Ein Traum

Eine Traum Aussicht über den See und die Gegend, da wir ganz oben wohnten. Jacuzzi im Zimmer, prima Gag, Badezimmer und Dusche hervorragend. Sehr gute, überdachte Unterstellmöglichkeit für das Fahrzeug, zumindest bei uns! Nicht überall im Areal möglich. Sehr gutes Frühstück, das Beste in unserem gesamten Urlaub in Argentinien und Chile. Allgemein sehr freundliches Personal. Ein sehr schöner Frühstücksraum mit einem tollen Ausblick. ' Unterhalb davon, ein auch nach außen führender Swimmingpool, nebenan Fitnessraum, Massageraum. Das Areal, als solches sehr schön angelegt mit einer sehr steilen Auffahrt, die über eine Ampel geregelt wird:)

Aus den Düsen im Jacuzzi kam initial leicht müffelndes (stinkendes) Wasser heraus, danach wurde es gut. Leider ist um den Whirlpool der ganze Boden aus Holz, was sicher nicht eine super Idee darstellt. Wenn man sehr aufpasst jedoch kein Problem. Im Zimmer befindet sich leider nur eine Liege zum Relaxen nach dem Jacuzzi. Es war auf Nachfrage nach einer zweiten Liege nicht möglich eine weitere zu erhalten. Wir verlängerten um einen Tag und kamen dann initial nicht mehr in unser Zimmer, da man vergessen hatte unsere Keycard zu aktivieren. Leider konnte man die Kleiderbügel nicht abhängen, da sie fest mit dem vielfach in Hotels verwendeten Hakensystem versehen sind und somit fest mit der Kleiderstange verbunden. Vielleicht eine Folge von ungezügelter Mitnahme von Gästen:(

Beim Restaurant haben wir uns am Anfang nicht so willkommen gefühlt... niemand nimmt sich einem an oder begrüsst einem. Sehr schade... das Essen war aber gut!

„Schöne Aussicht mit Whirlpool

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem tollen Blick und das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Auf den Bildern hat man den Eindruck, dass sich alles in einem Gebäude befindet, aber hinter dem Haupthaus, wo sich das Restaurant befindet, sind in anderen Gebäuden alle Zimmer untergebracht. Das Frühstück war mittelprächtig und wenn man aus der Küche noch ein Spiegelei oder Rührei möchte, muss dies extra bezahlt werden. Bei dem Preis der Unterkunft völlig unangemessen.
